I'll be interested in your thoughts/conclusions. I did a very brief review of the prospectus last night (after an even more cursory prior to the IPO). What most impressed me was the reduction in the loss for the first 6 mos. of this year (compared with 1998) -- on the surface, QNTS looks to me to be poised to hit breakeven by 4-Q (although with the IPO, there may be an increase in staffing/overhead/etc. that might delay it a bit). Looks like an impressive set of products/services and clients with improving profitability. With all the new entrants in e-commerce, I would be surprised if they don't push that revenue growth number well above the 50% trend they are showing. Just an opinion based on a quick and cursory read but I'll be holding my shares for a much higher level. I got 100 at the IPO (via DLJ-Direct) and 500 more a bit above $50.
