Pros: The stock price can't get much lower? Cons: The company had at least 560 million shares outstanding. The company has promised to file with the SEC for over a year. The company is not authorized to sell its shares in the United States, but they still do. I have never seen any of the movies that MVEE actually produced. The company is being sued by former management. The company is run by somebody who has no movie business experience. And lots more....
