Two questions:

1. If you elect to redeem the Holder for the underlying shares, how do you determine your basis in each issue for tax purposes?

2. Is there any way to change the makeup of the Holder once it is launched? In 3 years, say, some of the 22 companies may have fizzled while stronger companies have been formed.
