I've had good luck getting IPOs (nominal 100 share allocations) at DLJ-Direct -- but I've got a pretty large account and I've been with them for a number of years (back to the early Prodigy days). I haven't flipped any IPOs, so I must look like a "good investor" as far as their concerned. Except for an occasional slow connection, DLJ-Direct has been fine and provides a nice service. Recent IPO's I've gotten include QNTS, RMKR, SQST, DRTN, JPTR and a few others (not the best IPOs but some very good performers). I'm not sure what their minimums are and I don't exactly know what their "criteria" are for allocating IPOs. Good luck.
