Jean and all, If I can be helpful in the evaluation of JDSU, be sure to look for the proprietary, open architecture and the value chain. Of all the stuff I've seen mentioned, those two haven't been. It doesn't mean they aren't there, but without those two criteria it ain't a gorilla. --Mike Buckley
