TCGI: It seems to be forming a base after the last reverse split of 1 for 5 last month. The stock in the past 4 years has had a steady decline after its previous reverse splits (1 for 10 in August 1995 and 1 for 3 in November 1997 ) It is hard to say at this point how long it will take for it to get another reverse split, My best guess is another one to two years.
