I have been in court before. I usually win as I don't take anything there that doesn't have legs.

I believe the court of public opinion is a good one too and since these people have a public to sell stock to I think they have to think about that. Of course they should have thought about that before the weasel act with the invoices.

Publishment of one's weasel acts, now that the internet is in vogue now, is rather cheap. But it must be true. I think anyone who knows me knows that I do not undertake anything like this lightly.

What they don't know is that I have talked about stocks on this forum for 4 years now and I think most have learned to respect my opinion. I always gave the players a fair shake as you never know who is going to make it pending financing.

I know some people doing deals right now in the aftermath of this hellish resources market that deserve a second look.

But they have been fair with me and others so I give them a break. Not to mention when they talk drill intersections I can believe them. And if they say they will pay me, I know they are on the level too.

Look at it this way. Weasel me, they will weasel you. I cannot believe a fair company or a fair man would screw a working man.

Of course if the honcho stops imbibing and starts paying bills, even a little at a time, then the outlook may change.

Maybe he is depressed. Maybe I can't do business with him. I am not the only analyst out there. He is welcome to try elsewhere. But services rendered, services paid. I didn't not even get stock offered. That really smarts.
