<<Has any company sued you for slander, as of yet?>>

Yes. Cyberguard corporation sued me for publicly pointing out the fact that they were a stock fraud. The stock (trading under the symbol CYBG) was trading at around 9 or 10 a share when I was notified. I was shorting it at prices from 7 to 18.

The suit was was dropped very soon after their accounting fraud was acknowledged by several executives and the stock dropped to zero.

As an amusing side note, greasy con-artist Joe "TokyoMex" Park was pumping the stock. I received endless grief from him and his entourage. Now I have a lot of their money, not to mention a lot of the money of the CYBG stock fraud victims. I wish I would have saved pointers to the Yahoo messages from the few investors who got out in time and thanked me.

By the way...GUMM is a stock fraud and GUMM management are a group of crooked bastards that are fraudulently promoting quack medicine. Feel free to fax or email that statement to GUMM corporate counsel. I welcome their response.
