How come you stumbled without completing the sentence? At least he completed the sentence with meaning. Your sentence is as good as your thoughts-broken and meaningless. He means to say that Optical technology will change the way communications work in 21st century just as electricty changed our lives in 20th century by pervasion. Your bandwidth word is very non-specific, where as optical technology and photonics is very specific. Get it! BR
