CDWC would make a fine aquisition for Compaq or HWP. Give them instant "direct" capabilities. Solid telemarketers with proven sales growth. The ability to sell non (CPQ/HWP) gear, as does Dell. Configuration capabilities to compete with Dell and Gateway.

Company is also geared towards SMB market, which is an area CPQ,HWP and IBM desire.

We will see.
