Actually, it has always gone up in the short term after the reverse splits then gone down.

They can't reverse split anymore...only 1 million shares outstanding 800,000 float. The book value is $4.00 and the
p/e ytd is about 3. The long term chart is pretty bad but I like the short term one.

Had a buy order just under the bid all day but no cigar.
