They still a shell, come on give it up, what's up?

Haven't heard about this one since August when it was put into another contest about 3 days in a row.

From the 10 filed on the 19th

"The Company currently has no commitment or arrangement to
participate in a business and cannot now predict what type of
business it may enter into or acquire. It is emphasized that the
business objectives discussed herein are extremely general and are
not intended to be restrictive on the discretion of the Company's
management.

There are no plans or arrangements proposed or under consideration
for the issuance or sale of additional securities by the Company prior
to the identification of an acquisition candidate. Consequently,
management anticipates that it may be able to participate in only one
potential business venture, due primarily to the Company's limited
capital. This lack of diversification should be considered a substantial
risk, because it will not permit the Company to offset potential losses
from one venture against gains from another. "
