First off, Zenith is a large corporation. Even if Zenith were to get a significant % of the market, it simply would no impact the bottom line like NUKO and WESTELL. NUKO has 10 million shares fully diluted. Westell will have 30 million after the split.
Secondly, Zenith's new product is geared at integrating athe TV with the computer. I am not certain about their products in the field of integrating MPEG2 digital fullmotion video with xDSL.
Any information you may have on this point would be appreciated.
Thirdly, the strategic alliances and relationships Westell has forged with Microsoft, GTE, U.S. West, AT&T and others will be a powerhouse in the marketing and adoptions of the product.
