BR, As you say, time will tell. what baffles me is the analysts saying that an NT or LU is is trouble because of such an acquisition. CSCO has little experience in the telco environment. To claim that much larger, product rich experienced companies are going to suffer as a result of the acquisition of a start-up is ludicrous. On the other hand, CSCO will do well in the enterprise forever and will take some of the carrier business, but in such a large % that LU or NT will ever be concerned. Brian
