What else can happen to Dell?? Earthquakes, crash of site....

Surely, we are near a bottom here...in pre-market, the stock is little affected....I would have expected a modest hit.......I guess one could say a base is developing at 40 and above (an optimist's way of describing a stock that hasn't done anything...at least is not going down)..

Looking at the numbers, though, a one-day crash of the US site (even a partial one) is not so catastrophic....

If 7.2B in sales this quarter.....figuring 90 days in quarter....Each day, 80m in sales....however, only US site affected....so, cut that figure (in half?)....40m.......Of that 40 million in sales, most will either wait, or call Dell....but let's says that half don't (which I think, would be high)....20m lost...but wait....it looks like the site was up for some yesterday...and for part of the day.....also, it was a Tuesday...so, maybe sales are a bit slower (SWAG)...so the real figure is probably around 10m...plus/minus 2/3m....

10m (sales) lost...that is not catastrophic......but, I wish they would (nonetheless) fix the damn site....It should have been done by now....
