NT Server is too slow, memory-intensive (both at the server and the client), and "alien" to what thousands of organizations are used to. End users often talk freely about "mapping drives". Who talks about "NET USE"? Organizations have come to depend heavily on NetWare. NT doesn't offer anything new, but it forces you to speak a foreign language. NetWare customers won't change their NOS just for the heck of it.
