*All* email klevinson@etrade.com Kathy Levinson COO of etrade! Tell her that this IPO allocation stinks. I think we would have a better chance of getting an IPO if it was first come first served. Maybe if the window was open for 1 hour for IOI & re-IOI less of us would get into that window and the people that want the IPO's bad enough will keep watching the site. No matter what I have friends that have new accounts & they have applied for 10+ IPO's and got none. This is the part that has many mad because etrade advertises open an account and get a chance of getting an IPO! BTW: The email address does work! I sent an email & left my phone # & she called when I was out at the doctor for my son. She said she wanted to talk to me about the IPO process and an email will follow.
