I believe that the spectacular increase in volum and price is the
result of someone discovering the ETTI story. It only takes someone
with a few hundred thousand dollars to produce a move like this.
The story with ETTI is clearly improving. They sold 800K worth of
tires in the 4th qtr 1996 and have increased production substantially
since then. It appears to me that they will be profitable very soon
