Not certain the warrants are overpriced.

Ken,

There are two years of time value left on the warrants... Plus the recent big upswing in price increases the variance which is supposed to be incorporated into the price of these sorts of things.

Also, you don't know what I paid for them. It was significantly less than $2.50 you implied :-) But I also wished I had gotten some when they were under 1/4. Don't think it is all that easy to get much of anything (options/warrants/LEAPS) at 1/16 :-)

Hopefully the stock will be well over $7.50 in 2002 for all the long term holders. Think we can have much more confidence of that now than just a few months ago.

At the current price of the warrants are over priced. If you consider the 7.50 strike price plus
what you spent on the warrant the stock would have to be over 10.00 to break even.
I wished, I had the forsight to purchase the warrants at a 16th.
