So what gives? Last I heard, the merger was supposed to be completed 1 week after the general meeting on Nov 11. It is now the 24, almost 2 weeks after. Even with the expectation of the announcement, hitting 3 1/8 again yesterday must have something to do with the equity split with McGlen. Don't get me wrong, I want to see this thing take off too.
