Brian,

First I suspect Lu and NT are very concerned about CSCO's penetration in the telco space. This is clear from their actions. Second, given the size of the telco and telecom markets CSCO doesn't need to get huge percentages to see huge revenue and earnings growth...this is one of the reasons CSCO is viewed as a stock to own - even at these prices.
