marsh, you sly fox! yes, you are getting warm. facts: 1. coii WILL be a computer driven system 2. info will travel over the internet to some type of central storage (server farm?) therefore, coii could be the first completely digital, worldwide, internet based system to be able to modify their algorithm in real time. joining forces with international telecom companies is no accident. that is my best guess. glad to see yur thinkin' the rally has just started. curtis
