"Extension to Share Exchange Offer" - Excellent! I hadn't received my letter yet, and I was concerned about locking up my shares at the last minute without it. IMO the extension just shows that management is responsive to the concerns of shareholders as they are posted on these threads. Let's see, what should we ask for next? How about a dividend of the BANY shares that ANYI owns <g> or how about getting BANY back on the OTC:BB before the lock-up. Seriously though, I guess my only request would be an explanation of what the status is with that 30:1 dividend and anyCOFFEE.com rights offering from awhile back. It wasn't all that great a deal, but it was something, and if ANYI takes off it could be worth something real. I never received any dividend shares in my account, so maybe they just decided not to do it, but a PR or explanation would be nice. BTW - looks likes 10~20K shares from short-term investors are bailing until the lock-up date gets closer. Buying opportunity IMO, in fact I may actually pick some up if ANYI gets below ~$2 before the lock-up.
