At this point, the market maker is trying to make 1/4 to 3/8 out of each share of the 11M shares floating out there. They bought them at 11 7/8 - 16. Other than that I don't see anything secretive going on. But of course, I won't be surprised if a share holder comes out and sue MNPI because he or she may have bought a lot of them at much higher prices than 16 1/4.
