Just talked to Mr. Dunham, he told me that they had not yet found a merger canidid. I asked what the timing would be if they decided to distribute to assets to the preferred share holders? He said there are no plans at this time! My thought's: Good news they are going to keep looking for a suitable canidid! Bad news it may be a while.
