I think it is fair to say that there is a higher than average risk that this merger will not be allowed to close, given the monopoly findings of the court. Thus, the higher than average difference between MSFT and VSIO, with the assumption that any failure to merge would be bad for VSIO stock in the short term, given Visio's recent weak performance. - Adam
