I believe the "bizarre" meaning in that statement has a different slant..If there is an interpretation to it..They mean the "Good Old Boy' Mentality in the South where they hate "Niggers' and Jews". I believe that Jeb Bush has every intention of mopping up that mentality in Florida...Believe me...since it is alive and well in here.. I cannot imagine Gore saying this' in any other context' since he is the perfect WASP' Poster Boy ;-)
