there is an older cook book, River Road Recipes, published by The Junior League out of Baton Rouge Louisiana, with scrumptious recipes of famous old southern dishes influenced principally by the French and Spanish, very creole

it has a roguefort dressing to die for

I'm not as dressed up as you, I have flannel on [lovely faded red plaid, perfectly broken in so it caresses the skin]. very burrrr here this morning! I do have earrings on, might that redeem me? did I mention I failed Martha Stewart basic kitchen dressing 101?
