Stephen, Yes it is true that Iacocca is a major share holder, but Milkin is not.... although he did want to be...but to be honest I forget why things didn't pan out.

As for expansion....this year and especially next year will be biggies for this company in the way of expansion. Just about 1 month ago, KKRO bought out Hamburger Hamlet, which I believe is down in your neck of the woods. They plan on serving their style of chicken in those restaraunts to introduce it to those who have never been to a Koo Koo Roo. They also, awhile back, bought to other companies; the Arrosto Coffee company and Color Me Mine, a ceramic painting outfit where the customers make their own ceramics.

I'm not really sure why the stock is this low. But it could be a really good time to buy....but then again...that's what I thought when it was at 8.5
