Takeover of Petrohawk Energy Ltd. closed November 4, 1999. Apparently another one is in the works, so rumor has it. What's the connection to HYD? Don't know connection to Hyduke, both seem to be in merger mode, MAY BE no connection.............. Fox seems undervalued, maybe a good buy to hold through year 2000 at these levels.
