Anybody know whos voice recognition system American Airlines uses? I called American Airlines "when will the flight actually land" number today and it was incredible! It asked me questions, I spoke responses, and at the end it had recognized everything I said and told when the plane would land! I want to invest in this voice recognition technology. Anybody know who's technology AA is using? Thanks Mike
