Adam.. I think it will close prior to any real findings, charges, or agreements between MSFT and the courts. The fact that it was over 33 when the merger announcement was made indicates there is little downside from here. If it gets back into the 34 range I'll double up. Current avg is just over 35. The odds look to be on the side of buyers would be my guess...
