Let's see now, how many people think the big lumbering EnP's will be able to beat the small nimble EnP's to the cheap rigs and rates? How many people think they will even be able to get their budgets set up sooner? My money has been on the littler guys who have been drilling strongly all this time (although OEI isn't exactly "little")!!
