You betcha, I'll contact support! Just entered another order today which shows up no-where on the Screen...can't re-submit....Oh and guess what? -------> the phones are busy, can't reach the trading desk for the last hour....LMFAO!

So you are going to replace the $15K i lost because I was forced to hold positions over night, I had no intention of holding because i could not cancel the orders and they got orphaned in the system ? I don't think so. I would not recomend MyTrack to ayone right now. Period!https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=12073184

This prolem has been happening every day, and has happened again today....talk to your Trading manager: Scott Trevelli 2 weeks back on an order for JNIC, that got stuck in your system, even got a live broker then who said he would close out the position, and it never got done. Scott said he would look into it and assured me he would call me back... that was twoo weeks ago... finally talked to him yesterday, and ask what happened to the call I was supposed to recieve, his answer "oh , I had to go on vacation that morning"! What a load of BS, wouldn't you agree? that particular deal cost me $8K or so. Do you want to hear more?

*Also , I've sent e-mail after e-mail to your "support", for the last two weeks paul.....and guess what?-----> no answers! what are you guys doiing over there , doing your nails?

you guys have really Blown it...have a nice day.

:-)
