NT and To All: The Power PC does not directly compete with Athlon. The market for the Power PC is bounded by AAPL. In fact according to JJ they are not even in the same universe or is that only when dealing with "monopolies" as per JJ's definition?

If someone owed me $10,000,000, especially someone who could afford to pay, I would say that they were a bad credit and worse than a guy who was in a little trouble at the time. By the way IBM eventually paid.

The Firestone Ford analogy is pretty good. The only trouble is MSFT did sell their O/S to IBM.

Finally since you brought the car analogy up would it be wrong for Ford to sell cars equipped with Pirellis if they owned Pirelli? Probably not. But Judge Jackson and DOJ would have the tires come either unmounted and/or with a few other Michelins strapped to the roof and some Firestones in the trunk. If you don't get what I am "driving at" think IE 5.0 and WINDOWS! JFD
