Correction: That news release was inaccurate. I meant to send a letter of complaint to the author but never got around to it. Fagan did not say sell. He merely dropped coverage in his newsletter of a number of stocks including NCS and PUG ( and I think TYR?) ...He even implied that an average-down could be appropriate, depending on your circumstances (e.g. if you didn't need a tax loss etc..), however, I'm personally against averaging down (in principle). I'm holding both NCS and PUG for now. PUG might get a pop from their recent oil & gas play...
