More GOOD NEWS: APCC was upgraded by ZACKs from a 2 to a 1, the highest rating they give out......it is a service widely followed by Wall Street and should have a good impact on the stock......earnings are soon and the stock is almost 10 points (one third) off of the highs, so I believe there is alot of room for this stock to pop quickly to retest the gap at 26 7/8 at a minimum........;^)
