Sam, my usual source has disappeared for the holidays. Somehow since I retired and ceased being a partner there appears to have been a marked decline in the number of people who are willing to drop everything to answer my questions. I wonder how that happened. Fwiw that is a good guess, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a pre Y2K goose to the numbers. The Fed said they would provide for an increase in physical cash. Henry
