DWCH is more reliant on OEM sales than most, again owing to lack of dedicated sales force for Monarch. That I believe is an issue discussed in earlier conf. calls. I can accept that they have less revenue visibility, but I can not accept explanation of "stale promotional materials." Sounds like a lame excuse to me too. Yeah, I'm bummed out big time over this one.

Too bad, because given that Quetzal covered Monarch shortfall, that means they had no European slowdown which other co's have used almost as a pat excuse for lower performance. On the contrary, Quetzal must have had a bang-up quarter.

DWCH management must've been blindsided given no insider selling into the stock price weakness. Mgt. confidence in company is laudable, but the fact Monarch, their crown jewel, has been allowed to languish is a MAJOR disappointment to me. They left their cake out in the rain!
