Using Microsoft Products, Servers, Technology

Open Text Corp announced today at the AIIM show that Livelink, its industry-leading Intranet application suite, is adopting Microsoft

Livelink via Web browsers.

Livelink Intranet provides document management, visual workflow, project collaboration and searching, all fully accessible over
intranets via a Web browser. Livelink is currently being used in over 100 corporations, including many in the Fortune 500, to support
business-critical processes on a global scale.

"The high performance/price ratio that can be achieved using the Microsoft platform makes it ideal for the enterprise-wide
deployment of Livelink Intranet," said Abe Kleinfeld, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development for Open Text.
"The market is acknowledging this in the most dramatic way: by adopting Microsoft solutions at an unprecedented pace. By
aggressively supporting the Microsoft platform, Open Text significantly expands the market for our innovative intranet application
