Paul, The very reason I asked Pat to answer your e-mail is that we are so busy working on many of the subjects you asked about I don't have time to properly answer some of your concerns. However Pat had a "family" thing to take care of in South Dakota so I'll do my best. Our filing status with the SEC is moving along and our response is being prepared for presentation next week and will be available for your review on Edgar. The kiosk business is moving along nicely and our progress continues to exceed expectations. The price of the stock is undoubtedly being hurt by our "quiet" period but if we violate the rules to "spike" the stock for a short run-up we will never make it to full reporting status which will allow us to progress toward being NASDAQ qualified. We strongly believe we will be able to share very positive news with all shareholders in 10 days or less. The PAR report is being reviewed and I don't have a date for you yet.
