How much did GIFS pay for these assets? >>

I'm not saying that GIFS didn't accomplish anything by selling this subsidiary. I just want people to understand that GIFS isn't really earning anything from CRIC sale. It is a gain from a sale. How this is called earnings I don't understand. If the cash does flow from this deal it will go to the balance sheet, so it will confirm some book value. Remember I never said that GIFS was totally worthless. I just think the value of the stock should be based on cash to the bottom line. I don't think the gold mine, cattle ranch, natural gas wells, IMXS, etc. add much to enhance the value of the shares. I do think the NASCAR deal has potential if executed properly. GIFS should dump these subs and focus on the NASCAR deal.

Remember I also said that GIFS was a speculative buy at $1.50. Well we hit 1.81 on the bid. As long as you know when to buy and sell you can make money in this stock. Just don't hold it! Keep the only the shares you make a profit on, and sell enough to return your original investment.
