newsalert.com Meanwhile, A U.N. Security Council vote for a six-month rollover of the Iraq "oil-for-food" program is expected next week, senior Western diplomats said Wednesday. The vote is expected to approve a new phase of the long-running program on the same terms as the sixth phase which expired last Saturday, with a start date for the seventh phase likely to be Dec. 5, the diplomats said.
