I think you meant video signals rather than digital signals.If not than I don't follow you on this one.

The weak link right now is LAN WAN speeds for NC's.But not for long IMO.As like anything else in the Tech area progress is very fast.Faster data speeds (greater Bandwidth ) will grow by leaps and bounds.
