Rob, You're right about slowing earnings momentum. However the Zack's estimates are for .68 this year and 1.23 for 98. In the past the company has been able to meet or exceed estimates. However, with the startup of a new plant in Texas, the possibility of a negative earnings surprise can't be ruled out. Merrill Lynch covers this stock but I don't know what their current rating is. Moreover, insiders own 35% and institutions another 31% and the latter are still accumulating. I forgot to look up the float but the 66% which is off the market would make the stock more volatile. In the short run keep in mind that the beta is 1.46 so if the market declines further overall, this stock could get hit fairly hard. I'm no technician but the stock seemed to have had good support at $24 but there doesn't seem to be much below that. Since it's broken through that level it had better get back above it soon or it could go considerably lower. This is more of a guess than anything but I'm not buying just yet.
