So I have to admit I am feeling really ticked about these frivolous lawsuits. These people got a product
that took billions of dollars to develop at a pittance. $89 retail plus all the rebates offered etc...These
people that feel overcharged are the same bunch who sit on their couch munching pork rinds and buying
shlock from QVC. These people probably bought their cheese whiz Elvis print for $250 - or they are of
the scumbag attorney type.

The US should modify its laws to not allow these types of lawsuits to be taken on contingency and to
immediately require payment of the defendants attorney's fees on a loss buy the plaintiff.
