The fact remains that if NOK or MOT are close in the deal then they will get it. The Asian manufacturers are bargaining chips that Q is using to entice NOK. They have what Q wants, economies of scale to produce more phones, and a chip and or improvement in royalty deal. In the Nok situation they get the 2nd of the big three equiptement liscenced. It is a NO BRAINER if NOK is in it they will win it. IMHO
