Hi Frank,
I spoke to Ron Peters today ( CFO )
He did confirm that the message was to make everyone aware of the valuation discrepancy between DMC and US competitors.

He was VERY cheerful - My impression was that they couldn't give a sh*t about current price because they know that in the end they will be very rich!

He said that an 11 - 12.00 price makes them NASDAQ eligible, as you mentioned, and they would immediately apply for listing.

He feels it would help business as well for the clients to see the company properly represented, price wise, with their competitors.

I asked about them getting bought out - obviously he had no direct response...but as he mentioned - if you have a 2 billion market cap ( QSFT / INFA ) you have to do something to justify it at some point!

Anyway, nice close on the day. Lot's of room to move up from here. I look forward to seeing some revised estimates from analysts...and all of a sudden 10.00 is looking cheap to me!
