I think there are more important things than price. Such as extreme convenience, ICQ like chat channels etc. Proof that the sun is rising is the overload placed on the current work staff, they are getting too many customers, not too few. I was alienated also, but they won me back. I believe you will be won back after you and your personal assistant, assigned to you by TRAC, work out your problems.
