2MAR$ I am Rick Davis, VP of Operations at Track Data Corporation. I hate to ask you to repeat your tale of woe but if you would private message me with the details of your problem(s) I will assure that they are addressed at the highest levels. Regardless your leaving or staying with MyTrade I would like to make sure that you receive satisfaction. As you may or may not know, data volumes in market data and trading have more than doubled in the last year. Systems are to sensitive to these data volumes. As Barry Hertz said today in his chat, the recent issues are not capacity related by fall out of our ongoing efforts to provide the best service possible. I personally apologize for your distress. I just hope that the other players in this sector are as ready for the coming months as we are. Track Data is dedicated to zero customer disatisfaction. Period. I and all of us at Track will leave no stone unturned to resolve any issue. If you want to make the effort to provide me the information I will look into it immediately Friday morning.
